Laboratori/strumentazione: manipolazione e utilizzo di animali da laboratorio (ratti, topi); isolamento di cellule muscolari lisce e cellule endoteliali da cordone ombelicale umano, colture cellulari di endotelio, microendotelio, fibroblasti, cellule muscolari lisce, cardiomiociti e cardiomioblasti; saggi spettrofotometrici, cromatografia di affinità; test immunoenzimatici di superficie (EIA), test di adesione cellulare, ELISA; PCR e analisi dei frammenti di restrizione; Dosaggio colorimetrico di nitrato e nitrito.
